This website is owned and operated by Face-fit Ltd (trading as Simon Wilkins — The Headhunter for Housebuilding), a company registered in England & Wales under company number 05032436, with its registered office at C/O Price Bailey LLP, 24 Old Bond Street, London, W1S 4AP. Face-fit Ltd is the data controller for personal data submitted via this site.

What we collect

• Your CV and any information it contains
• The date and time you submitted the form

Why we use it and our lawful basis

We use your data to contact you about job opportunities in housebuilding and to represent you to prospective employers where you agree. Our lawful basis is your consent (UK GDPR Article 6(1)(a)) and our legitimate interests in providing recruitment services (Article 6(1)(f)). We will always ask before sending your CV to a prospective employer.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. We never share your details with your current employer. We may share your details with prospective employers only with your permission, and with trusted service providers who host this website and its data under appropriate safeguards.

How long we keep it

We keep your data for up to 24 months from your last contact with us, after which it is deleted unless you ask us to keep it longer.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the use of your data, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, contact Face-fit Ltd via facefit.ltd. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

Security

Your data is stored securely and access to CVs is restricted to authorised Face-fit Ltd staff only.
